At Carolina Container, we have many facilities where each have a purpose for creating and finishing custom packaging that is unique to your specifications.
     We operate two Corrugators and manufacture cartons with both conventional and high performance liners. We utilize a variety of presses with one to six color printing. Our Ward inline machines print, slot, fold and glue in one efficient continuous operation. Our Bendazzoli jumbo press is a computerized two color printer, slotter and die cutter with the capability to process sheets up to 92” x 212”. It is the largest of its kind in the United States.

   Our J&L Specialty Folder/Gluer assures top-quality folds and precise glue applications for auto-locking bottoms, pre-glued trays, partition cartons, display bases and other complex designed cartons. Need tooling for those complicated trays or displays? With In-House die manufacturing, we offer our customers quick turn-around of their product by supplying both cutting dies and printing plates.

We operate a variety of Flexo Graphic Presses with up to 6 color capabilities as well as specializing in Litho Labeling and Lamination.

    We also have a Martin 618 3-color flexo folder gluer at our Hickory facility. This machine will allow for production of small quantity orders as well as large quantity orders. Increased efficiencies are reached with quick box set-up features, high running speeds (up to 26,000 boxes per hour) and superb box quality.
